Please review the following Trade-Up requirements:

• Ensure you have selected the correct Thermomix® model. If the returned model differs from your selection, you will be required to pay the rebate difference.
• Return a complete set: Base Unit + Mixing Bowl + Mixing Blade.
• Pack your Thermomix® securely in a box before collection.
• Clearly write your Order Number, Trade-In Model, Full Name on the box.
• The collection address for your Trade-Up unit must be the same as the TM7 delivery address.
• Customers selecting Delivery will have their existing Thermomix® collected and their new TM7 delivered during the same visit.
• Customers wishing to drop off their Trade-Up unit and collect their TM7 in-store must select Store Pickup during checkout.
• Trade-Up purchases are not eligible for June promotional rewards, store vouchers or the TM7 Second Mixing Bowl offer.
