If you don't bring it: You can still buy the TM7 at the trade-in price. A refundable deposit will be collected. You must return the old unit within 7 days.

This depends on your collection date — the earliest you can schedule collection is 3 days after your order. Your new TM7 will be delivered at the same time as your old unit is collected.

Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
During the Campaign Period (11th–28th June 2026), customers may enjoy a Trade-Up rebate when returning an eligible Thermomix® model and purchasing a new Thermomix® TM7.
2. Trade-Up Rebate
2.1 Eligible Models & Rebates

2.2 Trade-In Eligibility
To qualify, customers must return a genuine Thermomix® unit consisting of:
- Base unit
- Mixing Bowl
- Mixing Knife
2.3 One Trade-In Per Transaction
- Only one trade-in unit is permitted per TM7 purchase.
- Multiple trade-ins require separate transactions.
3. Trade-In Methods
3.1 In-Store Trade-In
Customers must bring their eligible Thermomix® unit to the Thermomix® Experience Store at The Cathay. Upon successful verification, the applicable Trade-Up rebate will be applied immediately to the TM7 purchase.
Note: Trade-Up is not available at the Thermomix® Experience Centre at Parkway Parade.
3.2 Online Trade-In
- Customers must select the Trade-Up option and indicate the correct Thermomix® model during checkout. The applicable rebate will be applied automatically.
- Customers must select a collection date during checkout. Collection dates:
- Are subject to availability.
- Cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
- Must be at least three days after the order date.
- The address provided for trade-in collection must be the same address used for delivery of the new Thermomix® TM7.
- Following order confirmation, the collection date, collection address and delivery address cannot be changed.
- Customers will receive an email confirming their collection date.
- Trade-in units must be securely packed and clearly labelled with: order number, trade-in model, and full name.
- Upon collection, the courier will verify that the returned Thermomix® model matches the model declared during checkout.
- Following successful verification, the new TM7 will be delivered during the same visit.
- If collection or verification cannot be completed successfully, Thermomix® Singapore will contact the customer regarding next steps.
4. Purchase Restrictions
Trade-Up purchases are not eligible for:
- June 2026 Store Voucher promotions
- TM7® Second Mixing Bowl promotional offers
- Blade Cover & Peeler full payment offer
- Any other promotional rewards unless otherwise stated
- TM6U or TM4U programmes
- Delivery cannot be delayed or placed on hold.
- No return or cancellation of Trade-Up purchases is allowed.
- TM7 units purchased under the Trade-Up are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Split payment options are not available for Trade-Up purchases.
5. Incorrect Trade-In Declarations
- Customers must return the same Thermomix® model declared during checkout.
- If the returned model differs from the declared model, Thermomix® Singapore will request payment of the rebate difference.
- Customers must complete payment within two (2) calendar days of receiving the payment request.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and a SGD100 handling fee, together with any applicable delivery or collection charges.
- Thermomix® Singapore reserves the right to reject non-qualifying trade-in units.
