Repair Journey - Your Options
Walk - in to Service Center
1. Visit our Service Center:The Cathay #02-08, 2 Handy Road, Singapore 229233.
⏰ Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:30pm (Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays).
2. Fill in the below Service E-Form and click Submit.
3. Our Customer Care team will do a quick check together with you.
4. Customer Care will contact you with a quotation.
5. Once payment is received, our technician will start the repair.
6. When your Thermomix is ready, you can collect from Service Center.

5. Once payment is received, our technician will start the repair.
6. When your Thermomix is ready, you can collect from Service Center.
U-Parcel Pick-up & Delivery
1. Fill in the below Service E-Form and click Submit.
2. Our Customer Care team will contact you for a simple troubleshooting check.
3. A protective box will be sent to your home to keep your Thermomix safe during transit.
4. Call our hotline Tel: +6531581775 , and logistic will collect your Thermomix.
5. Customer Care will contact you with a quotation.
6. Once payment is received, our technician will start the repair.
7. After repair, your Thermomix will be safely delivered back to your address.
