FAQs
TM4U is a limited-time earning programme that gives you the opportunity to earn back the full value of your Thermomix® TM7 through four qualifying sales.
You purchase your TM7 for RM7,980 upfront and will have three months from your TM4U join date to complete qualifying sales and earn rebates.
Registration for TM4U (Partial/ Full payment) is available from 16 September to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
Once you join, your individual three-month earning period begins from your registered join date.
From 16th September – 30th September 2026, you may choose either of the following payment options:
• Full Payment: RM7,980 upfront.
• Partial Payment: RM3,980 upfront, with RM4,000 remaining.
Instalment plans may be available for eligible payment methods. The
RM3,980 Partial Payment is not a discount - the TM7 retail price remains
RM7,980.
You can then earn rebates through qualifying sales during your three-month earning period:
- 1st sale: RM1,000
- 2nd sale: Additional RM1,500 — RM2,500 total
- 3rd sale: Additional RM2,000 — RM4,500 total
- 4th sale: Additional RM3,480 — RM7,980 total
Complete four qualifying sales within your three-month earning period and you can earn rebates equivalent to the full RM7,980 purchase price of your TM7.
No. You must first purchase your TM7 at either RM3,980 (partial payment) or RM7,980 (full payment).
You then earn rebates according to the number of qualifying sales you successfully complete during your three-month earning period.
Your rebates first reduce the RM4,000 remaining balance:
• After 1 sale: RM3,000 remains.
• After 2 sales: RM1,500 remains.
• After 3 sales: your balance is fully cleared and you have also earned RM500 back.
• After 4 sales: you earn another RM3,480 back.
After 4 sales,
RM4,000 has cleared your balance and RM3,980 is payable back to you, giving you
the full RM7,980 programme rebate value.
Kindly note that the free Handy Multifunctional Scissors is excluded from partial payment method option.
You have 90 days from your registered TM4U join date to complete your qualifying sales.
Your exact earning period will be based on the join date recorded by Vorwerk Malaysia.
All TM4U programme rebates are processed only after the
completion of your 90-day programme, even if you achieve all 4 sales earlier.
For example, if you complete 4 sales within your first 30 days, the programme
rebates will still only be processed after Day 90.
Any remaining balance from the RM4,000 is due on Day 90.
If any outstanding balance is not fully paid by the due date, Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to remotely suspend or restrict the use of the Thermomix® TM7 until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
During the period of suspension, the participant may be unable to use certain or all functions of the Thermomix® TM7. Access may be restored once the outstanding amount has been paid in full and the payment has been successfully processed and verified by Vorwerk.
