TM4U Singapore Programme Terms and Conditions

Programme Period

The TM4U Programme (“Programme”) is a limited-time earning programme.
Registration for the Programme is available from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive (“Programme Period”).
Applications or registrations received outside the Programme Period will not be eligible for this TM4U Programme.

Programme Eligibility

The Programme is available to eligible participants who register for TM4U during the Programme Period, purchase a Thermomix® TM7 at the prevailing retail price of S$2,980, complete qualifying sales within their applicable 90-day earning period, and comply with all applicable Programme, Newcomer, Advisor and sales requirements issued by Vorwerk.
Participation in TM4U is subject to verification and acceptance by Vorwerk.
No trade-in of an existing Thermomix® is required to participate in TM4U.

Earning Period

Each participant will have a 90-day earning period commencing from their registered TM4U join date, as recorded by Vorwerk.
All qualifying sales must be completed within the participant's applicable three-month earning period.
Sales completed outside the applicable earning period will not count towards TM4U rebate entitlement.
Vorwerk's records shall be used to determine the participant's official join date, earning period and qualifying sales.

TM7 Purchase and Sales Rebates

Participants are required to purchase and pay the full retail price of S$2,980 for the Thermomix® TM7 upfront.
Participants may subsequently earn rebates based on the number of qualifying sales completed during their three-month earning period:
- 1st qualifying sale: S$400 rebate
- 2nd qualifying sale: Additional S$600 rebate (Cumulative: S$1,000)
- 3rd qualifying sale: Additional S$800 rebate (Cumulative: S$1,800)
- 4th qualifying sale: Additional S$1,180 rebate (Cumulative: S$2,980)
A participant who successfully completes four (4) qualifying sales within their applicable earning period and fulfils all other Programme requirements will earn total rebates of S$2,980, equivalent to the purchase price of the Thermomix® TM7.
All qualifying sales must comply with Vorwerk's applicable sales requirements, policies and verification procedures.
Only sales recognised and verified by Vorwerk as qualifying sales will count towards the Programme.

Rebate Payment

Eligible rebates will be processed on the 15th day of the month following the completion of the participant's 90-day earning period.
The rebate payment date is based on the participant's registered TM4U join date and not necessarily the date on which the participant achieves their final qualifying sale.
Rebate payment is subject to verification of the participant's eligibility and all qualifying sales achieved during the applicable earning period.
Rebates will be paid using the payment method determined by Vorwerk and are subject to the participant providing all information reasonably required for payment processing.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for rebate payment purposes is complete and accurate.

Qualifying Sales

Only qualifying Thermomix® sales recognised by Vorwerk during the participant's applicable earning period will count towards the TM4U Programme.
Vorwerk reserves the right to verify each sale and to exclude any transaction that does not comply with applicable Programme, Advisor or sales requirements.
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions will not qualify towards the Programme.
Where a previously qualifying sale is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise determined to be ineligible, Vorwerk reserves the right to adjust the participant's qualifying sales count and rebate entitlement accordingly.

Failure to Complete Four Sales

Participants are not required to complete all four qualifying sales in order to receive a rebate.
Where a participant completes fewer than four qualifying sales during their three-month earning period, their rebate entitlement will be based on the number of qualifying sales successfully achieved:
- 1 qualifying sale: S$400 cumulative rebate
- 2 qualifying sales: S$1,000 cumulative rebate
- 3 qualifying sales: S$1,800 cumulative rebate
- 4 qualifying sales: S$2,980 cumulative rebate
No additional TM4U rebate will be payable for qualifying sales completed after the participant's three-month earning period has ended.

Verification

Vorwerk reserves the right to verify any information relevant to determining a participant's eligibility and rebate entitlement, including but not limited to:
- TM4U registration details;
- TM7 purchase details;
- participant details;
- qualifying sales;
- transaction status; and
- compliance with applicable Programme and Advisor requirements.
Any incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information provided in connection with the Programme may result in the participant being disqualified from the Programme or their rebate being withheld or adjusted.

General Terms

TM4U is a limited-time programme, with registration available only from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026.
Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Rebates earned under the Programme are personal to the eligible participant and are not transferable or exchangeable.
Any cancellation, return or refund relating to the participant's Thermomix® TM7 purchase will be subject to Vorwerk's prevailing sales, cancellation and refund policies and applicable law.
Vorwerk reserves the right to withhold, recover or adjust a rebate where a participant has not fulfilled the applicable Programme requirements or where a qualifying sale is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or deemed ineligible.
Vorwerk reserves the right, at its discretion and where reasonably necessary, to amend, vary, suspend, withdraw, cancel or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
Vorwerk reserves the right to determine eligibility, qualifying sales, earning periods and rebate entitlement in connection with the Programme.
In the event of any dispute relating to the Programme, Vorwerk's decision shall be final, subject to applicable Singapore law.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with all other applicable Thermomix® sales, Newcomer, Advisor and earning programme policies issued by Vorwerk.
In the event of any inconsistency between promotional or marketing materials relating to TM4U and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
