Yes, you can only make one successful
referral for this program.
You may refer anyone who purchases a Thermomix® TM7, including existing Thermomix® owners (such as TM31, TM5,TM 6or TM7).
Yes, you can only make one successful referral for this program.
If multiple Referrers submit referrals for the same purchaser, the referral reward will be granted on a first come, first served basis, based on the earliest valid referral submission received by Thermomix® Singapore.
Any referral completed before you officially join as a Thermomix® Advisor will remain valid and will be rewarded. Any TM7 sales made after you become an Advisor will be treated as Advisor sales and will not qualify under this Referral Campaign.

FAQs (SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION)
Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by Thermomix® Singapore during the Campaign Period.
You will be required to provide details such as the Referrer’s contact information and the order ID of the referred TM7 purchase for verification purposes.
If the referred TM7 order is cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid, the referral will not qualify and any issued referral reward may be revoked.

Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions (Singapore)

1. Campaign Overview
During the Campaign Period, eligible customers may participate in the Share Your Love of Thermomix – Referral Campaign ("Campaign") and receive a referral reward for each successful referral, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Key Definitions:
- "Referrer": An existing Thermomix® TM7 owner residing in Singapore whose TM7 is registered under Thermomix® Singapore’s official records and who submits a valid referral under this Campaign. TM7 units received as gifts and not registered to the Referrer are not eligible.
- "Referee" or "Purchaser": An individual who successfully purchases a Thermomix® TM7 as a result of a referral submitted under this Campaign. The Referee may be an existing Thermomix® owner (including TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7) or a first-time Thermomix® customer.
- "Successful Referral": A referral that meets all criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
- Referral Campaign Period: 5 June 2026 – 28 June 2026
- Referral Submission Deadline: 6 July 2026
※ Referrals submitted after the stated deadline will not be eligible for rewards.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Referrers
- Open exclusively to existing Thermomix® TM7 owners registered in Thermomix® Singapore’s official records residing in Singapore.
- Thermomix® Advisors and employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3.2 Change of Status to Advisor
If an eligible referrer successfully completes a referral under this Campaign and subsequently joins Thermomix® as an Advisor, the completed referral made prior to their Advisor appointment shall remain valid and will be rewarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any subsequent TM7 sales made after the individual has officially joined as a Thermomix® Advisor will not qualify as referrals under this Campaign and will instead be governed by the applicable Thermomix® Advisor programme, policies, and incentives.
3.3 Eligible Referees
- May be a new or existing Thermomix® owner, including owners of TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7.
- Must successfully purchase a Thermomix® TM7 within the Campaign Period.
4. Successful Referral Criteria
A referral will be deemed successful only when:
- The referrer is a verified Thermomix® TM7 owner at the time of referral submission;
- The referred customer completes and confirms a Thermomix® TM7 purchase within the Campaign Period;
- The order is not cancelled or refunded; and
- The referral submission is complete, accurate, submitted on or before 6 July 2026 at 11:59 PM, and successfully verified by Thermomix® Singapore.
Tie-Breaker Policy: Where multiple referrers submit referrals for the same purchaser, the referral reward will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest valid referral submission received by Thermomix® Singapore.
5. Referral Submission & Verification
5.1 Referrers must submit referrals via the official referral form provided by Thermomix® Singapore.
5.2 For verification and Campaign administration purposes, referrers may be required to provide information including (but not limited to): Contact name, Email address, Phone number, and Order ID of the referred TM7 purchase.
5.3 All referral submissions are subject to verification by Thermomix® Singapore. Verification will take approximately 7–10 working days after the referral submission deadline. Referrals submitted after 6 July 2026 at 11:59 PM will not be eligible.
6. Referral Reward
TM7 Second Bowl Set at SGD288
Successful referrers will receive one (1) exclusive purchase link with the option to secure a secondary bowl set at a privileged price point.
6.2 Limit: Limited to only one (1) successful referral per user within the campaign period. Multiple successful referrals are not eligible to receive additional Second Bowls.
8. Fraud & Disqualification
Thermomix® Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant for incomplete, fraudulent, or breached submissions.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
9.1 Processed strictly in accordance with the Singapore PDPA 2012.
9.2 Referrers agree to the use of contact details for verification and reward delivery operations.
9.3 By submitting, referrers consent to opt-in for marketing communications (Email, WhatsApp, etc.) and may opt out at any time.
