How do I participate?

Drop your appliance off to the Thermomix store in The Cathay, purchase a TM7 and fill in the online form.
When will I receive my voucher?

  • In-store returns: Receive your SGD200 voucher immediately.
  • Courier returns: Receive your SGD200 voucher 7 days after you submit the exchange form (not based on the date you purchase your TM7).
Can I get more than one voucher per TM7 purchase?

No, only one voucher is issued per TM7 purchase.
Can I bring my appliance after 31st December?

No, all appliance must be brought to the store by 31st December 2025.
Can the voucher be used to buy a Thermomix machine?

No, the voucher cannot be used to purchase a Thermomix machine.
What can I use my voucher for?

Voucher is valid for the purchase of accessories and merchandise on Vorwerk.com.sg only, excluding the TM7 or any Thermomix machine.

  1. Campaign Period
    The campaign starts on 1st November 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025.
  2. Eligibility
    • Open to anyone who purchases a TM7 during the campaign period.
    • Participants must bring in one of the following 20 eligible appliances: Hand mixer, Sous Vide cooker, Blender, Food processor, Cake mixer / dough machine, Cream whipper, Yogurt maker, Egg cooker, Steamer, Kitchen scale, Bread maker, Kettle, Sorbet / ice-cream machine, Rice cooker, Grater, Meat grinder, Slow cooker, Potato mill, Soya Milk Maker, Saucepan.
  3. How to Participate
    • In-store return
      1. Purchase a TM7.
      2. Bring the eligible appliance to the store.
      3. Complete the exchange form with your Order ID.
      4. Receive a physical SGD200 voucher.
    • Courier return
      1. Purchase a TM7 through an advisor.
      2. Send the eligible appliance to our store via courier of your choice and at your own expense.
      3. Complete the exchange form provided by your advisor with Order ID, Courier Name and Courier Tracking Number.
      4. You will receive your e-voucher SGD200 seven days after you submit your form.
  4. Trade-In Conditions
    • Only one voucher will be issued per TM7 sale.
    • Appliances must be brought in before 31st December 2025.
    • Vouchers can be used for purchases in-store, excluding Thermomix machines.
  5. Voucher
    • The SGD200 voucher is valid until 30th June 2026.
    • Only one voucher issued per TM7 purchase.
    • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If the voucher is used for a purchase of less than SGD200, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
    • Voucher is valid for the purchase of accessories and merchandise sold on Vorwerk.com.sg only, excluding the TM7 or any Thermomix machine.
    • Voucher can not be combined with other promotions.
    • Thermomix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voucher offer at any time without prior notice.
